Rotary has booked out the entire Crowne Plaza Resort for the weekend of March 20-22 2015. The resort  has its own 18 hole championship golf course, tennis courts, heated pool and luxury day spa.
                              
At the moment Rotarians are reporting that they cannot book accommodation at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley for the conference in March, yet there is plenty of accommodation available at good rates and the Villas are very cost-effective if shared.
 
What is happening is that if you try to book the Crowne Plaza through Googling "Crowne Plaza" you will be told accommodation is not available.  This is because it is all being held for Rotary members wishing to book for the conference.  
 
We are advised that the only way to book Crowne Plaza and get best rates is as detailed on the back of the conference brochure:  Use https://resweb.passkey.com/go/9685Rotary if you want to make a booking that includes a $25 breakfast or Phone 02 4991 0970 between 0800 and 1730 Monday to Friday and quote Rotary March 2015 if you want to book without breakfast. Unfortunately rooms will be released to the general public if we don't act now to book accommodation. Check the website of Rotary District 9685 for further information.
