Noel Phelan will be speaking about this special project. Taldumande is an aboriginal word meaning Place of Refuge.  Originally intended as an organisation to care for indigenous Australians, over the past 37 years Taldumande Youth Services has expanded to provide accommodation options and support services for all homeless youth, together with facilities for enhancing family relationships and responding to the changing needs of families and young people in crisis or at risk.
